Fire Engine Bed- £329
Built to take a standard size adult mattress our Fire Crew bed measures 205cms long by 99cms wide. Like all the beds in our range it is finished to the same exacting standards with silver graphics on each side giving the effect of shutter doors, together with suitable graphics on the front and back adding to the exciting theme including a number plate with your child’s name or initials at each end..
The “cab” of the fire engine is around the head end with openings on each side and front for the side windows and windscreen. The sides rise well up above the surface of the mattress, giving a very safe sleeping environment and almost totally preventing accidental roll out. Access is from the back where the top of the panel is level with the mattress.
The slats are of course solid timber of generous cross section thus adding to the robustness of the bed. It really has to be red, although we did once have a request for an all white fire engine, which we supplied! If red does not suit the room an alternative might be to consider our truck bed which is built to the same basic design and can be supplied in a wide choice of colours. The bed conforms to all safety standards and naturally any paint used is non-toxic and child friendly.
